Who we work with.

  • Architects and specifiers

Where film is being considered against glazing already drawn or already in. We say what the pane will take, what it will not, and how the facade reads once it is on.

  • Builders and contractors

Fitted late in a programme, on glass other trades are still working around. We quote against the pane schedule and the access, and work to the sequence you set.

  • Building owners

Glazing costing you comfort, tenant satisfaction or the look of the facade, treated without replacing a pane or touching the structure behind it.

  • Facilities and building managers

The complaints you already hold: the western side, the meeting room with the blinds down, the shopfront broken once. Staged so the floor keeps trading.

What we solve.

What does window film do for a commercial building?

It stops the glazing being something the building has to work around. Comfort on the western side, glare off screens, privacy on partitions, glass that holds together when it breaks, and a facade that reads as considered. All of it applied to the glass already in the frames.

Specification and delivery.

The glass, the requirement, the film and the scope are confirmed before a price exists, and all four are named in the quotation.

  • The existing glazing

Single, double, laminated, toughened or already treated. What is in the frame decides what can go on it.

  • Film selection and compatibility

Not every film suits every pane. Where a proposed one does not, we say so and specify what does.

  • Scope, in writing

The quotation names the film, the elevations it covers, the price and how long it stands. That is the document to hold us to.

  • Access and installation planning

Height, reach, out of hours work and how each elevation is reached. Priced against the building, not a square metre rate.

  • Occupied sites

Areas taken in an agreed sequence so the floor, the shop or the ward keeps trading, settled with you before anything is booked.

  • Requirements you name

Name a house rule, a lease condition or an owner's requirement and we confirm in writing what we are specifying against it.

Tell us about the building.

The glazing, the aspect, the floors. We come back with a written specification and a price.
